I was born in Galicia, Spain, in 1941. In a tough time for Spanish. Were times when the meet the basic needs was made half with much effort and sacrifice. Migrate to Venezuela leaving behind my mother and other loved ones in search of opportunity, work hard for many years to make my way in life. But when the work fill my loneliness with alcohol and indulging passions purchased in search of companionship, love and even understand, but then returned as empty as before, to follow day after day in the same cycle.
After breaking the relationship with the mother of my first child because of an overflowing life, I met Jesus through my current wife and by his prayers and those of his father, reaches the feet of the Lord. Day after day I discovered how wonderful to walk by His side, their presence felt in my heart and the incredible peace of mind it feels like to know the great love of Jesus and the great friend I have in him, as is the confident and knowing that I was released of my concerns hoping in Jesus, so I can rest in Him, trusting in His purpose for me. The Lord be glory and honor. Amen

I have 43 years and of these, 30 involved alcohol and other vices. My life was a mess. A disorganized life, due inter alia to the liquor, rumba, ambitions, several women, etc. So I lost everything in my life, my home, my business. Desperate for help of some organizations and was in and out trying to stop the liquor, but when was it failed. Relapse after relapse was down to rock bottom. I had faith in God and helped me but could not stop the liquor and bad friends. My parents no longer bear seeing me well. In these circumstances the decision to come to me to live in Spain to see if changing things changed environment. But here I fell into the same vices, the truth is suffering a lot.
One day out of a support group for alcoholics and a passerby on the street gave a flyer inviting me to a meeting where they talk about Jesus. I well remember was on September 20. As the place was near where I was, I decided to approach. On hearing the faith stories of others, of how Jesus had changed their lives, I decided at that time to open my heart to Jesus and asked him to help me out of this ordeal. I felt the voice of Jesus telling him to follow. During the Alpha course, and in my daily walk I’ve met more and more. The changed me 100%. I’m another person. The life Brought me an inner peace and a love without equal.
For this I would like to invite all persons having any problems in your life to find Jesus. He is the only person who can help us succeed. I can not conclude without thanking the church where I congregated, both the pastor and other members for their help at every turn. Thank you very much.

Hello, I salute you. My name is Maribel. I am Colombian. I have spent almost two years in Alicante. I know Jesus more or less three years, started my Christian life in my hometown of Barranquilla.
Before I knew Christ was a woman “ordinary”, yet everything that a woman likes. He was very conceited, proud, very sociable, very irritable, indifferent, perfectionist, individualistic, possessive and a number of defects not worth remembering, though he had always believed in God. In fact I said when I had my own house, car and everything you want a person physically, then I would take care of spiritual things.
One day I met a girl and we became friends, coincidentally had the same working path, at one point we are in a supermarket and there they heard a Christian radio station and hear a song that I loved when I was at my friend I asked her to sing that tune. She invited me to his church, I went and there I talked about Jesus. I accept in my heart and began to study everything about his life and work.
Today, after almost three years my life has changed a lot I could say that some of the shortcomings of the past do not exist, no I mean I’m perfect, but now I see things from another point of view and try to imitate as possible to Jesus. How little or much to do, I do a heart, with love and not desire anything but pleasing. I would like to invite you to consider the possibility of knowing Jesus, I can assure you will not regret.

Before it was a person I felt very empty and lived a religious life common. I thought that everything bad that happened to me was because of my bad deeds and I wondered why some of those who do harm to others it seems that everything goes well and they are not punished. Following an incident that happened in my life, everything collapsed built with so much love and commitment. Later I very much appreciate someone told me about Jesus. That person listened to me and it helped me get ahead in the middle of the situation he was facing.
Knowing Jesus found that life has a wonderful meaning. That material things are not worth as much as spiritual, I learned that we must never forget that God is with us all the time, place and situation, that He will never forsake us. I also found that it is our only true friend and above all the best parents a kid could have in this world for His attitude is to give the best for their children.
I would encourage them to think about having a personal relationship with Jesus is very sad to say but it’s the hard truth: unfortunately when we reached the depths of a crisis is when we seek Jesus, Thank God that even in these circumstances we can find . It’s a wonderful experience and I would like you to not lose it.
